Our cancellation and refund policies are as follows:

• Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement, subject to preparation status.
• Once the food preparation begins, cancellations may not be possible.
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 2-3 business days, depending on your payment method and bank policies.
• For issues with food quality or order accuracy, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery for resolution.
