Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 10 minutes of placing them, provided food preparation has not begun.
  • To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately at +91 99878 70940.
  • Once our kitchen has begun preparing your food, cancellation will not be possible due to food safety and quality concerns.
  • For pre-orders placed in advance, cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances such as ingredient unavailability, extreme weather conditions, or technical issues. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and offered a full refund.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Refunds may be provided in the following circumstances:

  • For successfully canceled orders within the permitted time frame.
  • If we are unable to deliver your order due to unavailability of delivery personnel or technical issues.
  • When the delivered food does not meet our quality standards, and you report it within 30 minutes of delivery.
  • If your order is incorrect or incomplete, and you notify us within 30 minutes of receiving it.

Food Quality Issues

We take pride in serving high-quality food. However, if you encounter any issues with your order:

  • Please report food quality concerns within 30 minutes of delivery.
  • When reporting an issue, please provide specific details and, if possible, photographic evidence.
  • We may offer one of the following resolutions based on the nature and severity of the issue:
    • Replacement of the specific food item
    • Partial refund for the affected items
    • Full refund for the entire order
    • Store credit for future purchases

Note: Our quality assurance team will review all quality-related complaints to ensure fair resolution and to improve our services.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation requests made after food preparation has begun.
  • Personal taste preferences or dislike of food that is otherwise prepared correctly.
  • Quality complaints raised more than 30 minutes after delivery.
  • Food that has been partially or fully consumed, unless there's a legitimate quality or safety concern.
  • Orders that were delivered correctly and on time as per the delivery specifications.
  • When delivery was delayed due to factors beyond our control (extreme weather, traffic conditions, incorrect address provided).
